Usage:
The ZCQ self-priming magnetic drive pump (hereinafter referred to as the self-priming pump) is a new product developed based on the ZCQ magnetic drive pump according to user requirements, incorporating foreign technology, and after repeated research and testing by our engineering and technical personnel. Its performance reaches the level of foreign products from the 1990s.

The pump uses a static seal instead of a dynamic seal, keeping the flow-through components in a completely sealed state and effectively solving the common issues of leakage, dripping, and spillage that mechanical seals in other pumps cannot avoid. The pump body and flow-through components are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, corundum ceramics, PTFE graphite, and other materials. It combines both the functions of the ZCQ magnetic drive pump and self-priming capabilities, requiring no foot valve or priming water, with a self-priming height of 4 meters.

This pump can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, dyeing, food, and research units for transferring acids, alkalis, oils, precious and rare liquids, volatile liquids, as well as for supporting circulating water equipment. It is particularly ideal for transferring liquids that are prone to leakage, flammable, or explosive.
